Terms of Use

Effective date: [19 September 2026]
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Hoteliers.ae. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Hoteliers.ae

Hoteliers.ae is a hospitality industry platform intended to connect hotels, hospitality professionals, investors, consultants, suppliers and service providers.

The platform may provide supplier directories, business profiles, enquiries, credential information, ratings, reviews, subscription services and other hospitality-related features.

2. Account eligibility

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You must not:

  • impersonate another person;
  • create misleading professional credentials;
  • use another person’s account;
  • provide false company information; or
  • create accounts for unlawful or abusive purposes.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

3. Email verification

Member access may require confirmation of the email address used during registration.

Email confirmation verifies access to the supplied mailbox only. It does not represent verification of employment, professional status or purchasing authority.

4. Member-only supplier information

Hoteliers.ae may restrict supplier names, profiles, contact information or other marketplace features to registered members.

Members must not systematically scrape, harvest, reproduce or commercially redistribute supplier information without permission.

5. Supplier responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Hoteliers.ae is accurate and up to date.

This includes information concerning:

  • legal business identity;
  • business registration;
  • tax status;
  • addresses;
  • service locations;
  • products and services;
  • certificates;
  • client references; and
  • contact information.

Suppliers must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload logos, photographs, documents, client names and other content.

6. Supplier credentials

Hoteliers.ae may allow suppliers to submit trade licences, registration documents, tax certificates, professional certificates and other credentials.

Submission of a document does not automatically mean it has been independently authenticated.

Where Hoteliers.ae performs a check, we may describe the scope and date of that check.

A verification status is not a warranty, guarantee or endorsement of a supplier’s performance, financial condition, legal compliance or suitability for a particular project.

7. Client references

Suppliers must obtain appropriate permission before publishing identifiable customer names, logos or reference information.

Hoteliers.ae may remove or withhold references where permission cannot reasonably be established.

Private reference-contact information may be retained for administrative review and may not be displayed publicly.

8. Ratings and reviews

Reviews must relate to genuine first-hand business experiences.

Users must not submit:

  • fabricated reviews;
  • reviews of their own business;
  • reviews submitted in exchange for undisclosed payment or benefit;
  • defamatory or knowingly false statements;
  • confidential business information they are not authorised to disclose; or
  • duplicate reviews intended to manipulate a rating.

Hoteliers.ae may moderate, investigate, reject or remove reviews that do not comply with these rules.

Suppliers may be given an opportunity to respond.

Payment for a supplier subscription does not entitle a supplier to alter its rating or remove legitimate negative feedback.

9. Enquiries and transactions

Hoteliers.ae may facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hoteliers.ae is not a party to any contract subsequently entered into between a buyer and supplier.

Users are responsible for carrying out their own commercial, legal, financial and technical due diligence before entering into a transaction.

10. Supplier subscriptions

Certain supplier features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription features, pricing, payment periods and renewal arrangements will be displayed before purchase.

Different plans may provide different presentation, catalogue, reporting or Premium Showroom features.

Paying for a subscription does not guarantee leads, enquiries, sales, contracts or search ranking.

11. Premium Showrooms

Premium suppliers may receive an enhanced presentation area within Hoteliers.ae.

A Premium Showroom remains part of the Hoteliers.ae platform and does not represent a separate independent website or an endorsement by Hoteliers.ae.

12. Acceptable use

Users must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another account;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • scrape the platform in breach of these Terms;
  • use Hoteliers.ae for spam;
  • submit fraudulent documents;
  • misuse another party’s intellectual property;
  • harass other users; or
  • use the platform for unlawful purposes.

13. Intellectual property

The Hoteliers.ae name, branding, design elements, website content and platform functionality are owned by or licensed to Hoteliers.ae unless otherwise indicated.

Suppliers and users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit.

By submitting content for publication, you grant Hoteliers.ae the permissions reasonably necessary to display, reproduce and operate that content as part of the platform.

14. Third-party websites and services

Hoteliers.ae may contain links to third-party websites and services.

We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or business practices.

15. Platform availability

We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may be modified, suspended or removed as the platform evolves.

16. Suspension and termination

Hoteliers.ae may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address:

  • suspected fraud;
  • inaccurate information;
  • misuse of the platform;
  • security risks;
  • repeated policy violations;
  • unlawful conduct; or
  • failure to comply with these Terms.

Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to correct an issue.

17. No guarantee of supplier performance

Hoteliers.ae provides information and connection tools.

Unless expressly stated in relation to a specific check, we do not guarantee:

  • supplier quality;
  • delivery performance;
  • legal or regulatory compliance;
  • financial stability;
  • availability;
  • pricing;
  • product suitability; or
  • the outcome of any commercial transaction.

Users should perform appropriate due diligence.

18. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hoteliers.ae will not be responsible for losses arising solely from transactions, agreements, representations or disputes between independent buyers and suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the Hoteliers.ae Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, communicating the change to registered users.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Hoteliers.ae
